Description
The M1D is the sniper variant of the M1 Garand, featuring a M84 flash suppressor and Springfield Armory M84 scope on a side-mount to allow en-bloc clip loading. It served late in WWII and extensively in Korea providing snipers a semi-automatic advantage over bolt-action counterparts. M1D rifles are scarce and valued collector’s pieces representing American WWII small arms innovation.
